Team Features

What are team features?

Every Sole Studio account belongs to a workspace. Your team shares projects, boards, swatches, designs, and feedback.

Roles

• Admin: Full access plus team management, billing, and invitations
• Designer: Full access to projects, boards, shoes, and designs

Inviting members

1. Open Settings from the sidebar menu, then choose Members.
2. As an admin, click Invite people.
3. Enter their email, choose a role, and click Send invitation.

They'll receive a link to join. No separate signup needed.

Comment on designs together

Comments are available to everyone in your workspace. Choose Comment, then click a design or any open space on the canvas.

Write the note beside the work it belongs to. Use @ to mention a teammate, attach a file, or reply in the thread when the conversation needs more detail.

When the decision is made, resolve the thread. Any team member can reply, resolve, or reopen a thread. If you wrote the comment, you can edit it, move its pin, add an attachment, or delete it.
